Infobird社の製品は、Qitonbao Cloud Management Platformと呼ばれ、コンタクトセンタサービスをクラウド上で提供する。

Dell and Infobird announce enterprise cloud computing platform

Chinese cloud management system vendor Infobird announced Tuesday that it will partner with Dell to provide a new enterprise cloud computing platform.
Dell will offer Infobird's Qitonbao cloud management platform, which centers on a contact center, to its existing enterprise clients. The companies said that the combination of Infobird's enterprise cloud management with Dell's strong existing sales channels will help both firms into the growing global market for cloud computing services.
"Dell has embarked on the path of transforming itself into a service enterprise," said Infobird in a release.
The companies predicted that this new move would help both vendors reach out to small- and medium-sized businesses that are searching for cost-effective, scalable enterprise IT solutions. Cloud computing solutions are already popular among smaller firms in the U.S., and analysts predict that demand for these services could grow exponentially in China in the coming years.
Cloud-based service providers worldwide had strong sales last year despite constraints in overall IT budgets. Gartner estimated that global revenues for SaaS vendors grew nearly 18 percent in 2009 as broadband internet technologies spread and costs decreased.
